Common questions.

Do I have to do the audit before subscribing?
No — the subscription works on its own. But customers who've done an audit get sharper recommendations, because we already know your wardrobe, your sizes, and how you actually live.
What if I'm in between?
Email us — hello@alongthegrainline.com. We're a small operation. A real person reads every note.
Refunds?
Audits and event edits are written by hand and can't be refunded once delivered. If something doesn't sit right, write to us — we'd rather make it right than leave you unhappy. Subscriptions cancel anytime and stop at the end of the current quarter.
